Assurance has very limited, and unpublished, phones that are compatible (or at least that they are willing to activate).I think it's unlikely your Moto G5 Plus will be allowed to be activated. It is not comparable (speed, screen size, etc) to the Kyocera, but it is minimally adequate.I just went through hell, breaking my arm falling over my crutches that I was using for my hip that had to be replaced.I had 2 major surgeries in the space of 4 months and I was crippled for the year prior to that.Because if you REALLY were in a position like I am, you would be thanking God that you got the phone.
For those who want to find out what's compatible prior to actually purchasing a new phone, I recommend talking to at least 2-3 different customer service reps to check for consistent responses! The online swap feature did not work, but since I had been emailing a customer service rep previously about the other phone, I sent an email and within a few hours, AW replied and activated the ZTE.I just signed a lease for a year at 00 a month because I THOUGHT I had a job to go back to.I am now totally destitute trying to get some help from the State (Massachusetts) and the Government.Yes, the phone I have SUCKS, but it is a phone and it works.The program was originally intended to be a LIFELINE. It doesn't mean that you should get some kind of fancy phone, it means you have a phone.
